Retention and deletion schedule
This is the current policy adopted by White Life LLC.

Account and content
Account data is kept while the account is active. Active data and files are deleted after a verified request; legally required or dispute records are isolated and kept only as necessary.
Consent ledger
Consent records include the policy ID, version, hash, country, language, app version, and server time. Raw IP addresses and device-unique identifiers are not stored in the consent ledger.
Failed deletion
If Storage, database, or sign-in account deletion is incomplete, the request remains queued for retry until completion is verified.
