Data, purposes, and rights

Data collected
We process phone number, date of birth, country, language, time zone, public profile, uploaded media, comments, likes, reports, and blocks. Marketing, Instagram, notifications, and photo permissions are optional.
Purpose
We use data for identity and eligibility checks, member feeds, content safety, support, rights requests, and legal obligations.
Meta Pixel
Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta Pixel is optional analytics used to measure ad performance, page visits, app install button clicks, and contact starts. With consent, it may process the page URL, browser and device information, cookies or similar identifiers, and PageView, AppInstallIntent, and ContactIntent events. The Pixel is not loaded before consent. The current implementation does not send email addresses or phone numbers directly to the Pixel and does not use advanced matching. The choice can be changed from Advertising analytics settings in the homepage footer. Processing may occur outside the user's country under Meta's terms and processing locations.
Automatic country suggestion
On the first sign-up screen, the connection IP is transiently converted to a country code to suggest a policy country and language. PREDOK does not store the raw IP in its database, analytics, or consent ledger, and the user can correct the result.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Active data and files are deleted after a verified request; legally required or dispute records are isolated and kept only as necessary.
Choice and refusal
Required terms and processing are necessary to join. Refusing marketing, Instagram, notifications, camera, or system photo picker access does not block the core service.
Rights
Members may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of optional consent through the app or policy center.
