Available requests
Members may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of optional consent through the app or policy center.
How to request
Request access, export, correction, or deletion at support@predok.net or from My Page in the app. The public account-deletion page remains available when sign-in is unavailable.
Response
Identity may be re-verified before disclosure or deletion. Request status is visible only to the requester and authorized operators.
